Shoptimizer Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Shoptimizer websites, Shopify apps and related services. By using a Shoptimizer app or service, you agree to these Terms and to any terms presented through Shopify in connection with installation or billing.

1) Shopify apps

Shoptimizer apps provide focused functionality for Shopify merchants. Features vary by app and may change as products are maintained and improved.

2) Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be authorised to install or use apps and services on the relevant Shopify store. You are responsible for your Shopify account, store configuration and the accuracy of information you provide.

3) Fees and billing

Paid Shopify app plans are billed through Shopify according to the pricing and trial terms shown in Shopify when you select a plan. You can manage or cancel app subscriptions through Shopify, subject to Shopify's billing rules.

4) Merchant configuration

You are responsible for configuring apps for your business and testing material storefront changes before relying on them in production.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Shoptimizer products, interfere with their operation, use them unlawfully, or attempt to access systems or source code except where permitted by law.

6) Privacy

Our Privacy page links to app-specific privacy policies and explains how information is handled in connection with the Shoptimizer website.

7) Availability and changes

We may update, modify or discontinue products or features from time to time. We aim to keep products available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8) Disclaimer and limitation

Shoptimizer products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoptimizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from their use.

9) Termination

You may stop using a Shopify app by uninstalling it and, where applicable, cancelling through Shopify. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse.
